Jon Coupland from Kitchen Academy tells us about his involvement in the healthy eating drive in Southwark and across London.
The Well London movement comes to Southwark with stalls and activities promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental well being. Dance groups for young and old, drumming workshops and T-shirt printing combined with Groundwork and SLaM for a vibrant, successful event.
