Spectacle?s APaNGO demonstration projects explored the use of media technology, particularly by residents in neighborhoods experiencing the effects of regeneration, in the context of participation in urban planning.
APaNGO (Advocacy, Participation and Non Governmental Organisations in planning)aimed to develop best practice in community involvement in planning and to undertake a study into community involvement in planning across North Western Europe.
