The council is too late. The public have till 5/8/2010 to comment on revised plans for Battersea Power Station but their own policy for the area will not be formulated till 2012. The US Embassy is a foregone conclusion taking into account the council’s Special Relationship with America. Ballymore are ready to submit plans for 7.5 acres but still no development plan from the council. They’re SSAD
